The 4th edition of the International Mining and Minerals Halls (MMH) took place in Seville from October 18th to 20th

The 4th edition of the International Mining and Minerals Halls (MMH) took place in Seville from October 18th to 20th. For the first time, Xcalibur Multiphysics (XMPH) had the opportunity to participate in what has become one of the most relevant events in the mining industry, with 180 exhibiting companies, more than 10,000 visitors of 39 nationalities, 3,000 commercial meetings, 1,000 congress participants and more than 115 speakers.

Collaborating as the only platinum sponsor, Xcalibur Multiphysics, the leading Spanish company in airborne geophysical solutions, was represented by Mr. Andrés Blanco, CEO of Xcalibur Multiphysics, and Mr. Víctor González, Director of Xcalibur Multiphysics Spain, who were supported by some of XMPH Spain’s technical and commercial team. The Xcalibur Group, with 13 offices spread over 5 continents, focuses on the mapping of natural resources such as minerals, water or energy sources, including geothermal and hydrogen.

During the technical sessions, Mr. Rodrigo del Potro, Business Development Manager EMEA of XMPH Spain and Mr. Miguel Leguey, Business Development & Environmental Projects of XMPH Spain, were able to share with the attendees the latest advances in the acquisition of high-resolution data in a dynamic aerial environment, as well as the multiple advantages of the MineWatch system for the management of information in environmental monitoring plans.

In addition to being able to engage in conversations with great references from the mining industry, Xcalibur was able to share its vision and ideas with Mr. Jorge Paradela, Councilor for Industrial Policy and Energy; Mr. Raúl Blanco, Secretary General of Industry and SMEs of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, Ms. Olga Garcia, Councilor for Ecological Transition and Sustainability of the Regional Government of Extremadura, Mr. Javier Targhetta, President of Atlantic Cooper, President of PRIMIGEA and Honorary Commissioner of MMH Seville and Mr. Luis Vega, President of Aminer.Xcalibur Foundation, the social arm of XMPH Group, was also present at the event, led by Mr. Javier Lezcano, Vice President and Executive Director, and Ms.

Laura Blanco, Programme Director. With the purpose of promoting education and training for vulnerable children, youth, and women, they were able to establish enriching conversations with various mining-related social organisations and entities to explore potential future projects.
