significativos na integra\u00e7\u00e3o da intelig\u00eancia artificial aplicada \u00e0 geof\u00edsica, atingindo marcos t\u00e9cnicos que agregam valor tanto \u00e0 investiga\u00e7\u00e3o como \u00e0 de dados geof\u00edsica de alcance internacional, que integra informa\u00e7\u00f5es radiom\u00e9tricas, magn\u00e9ticas, hiperespectrais, imagens satelitais e modelos digitais de terreno. Essa coleta de dados, obtida em diferentes geografias e sob diversas condi\u00e7\u00f5es operacionais, permitiu dispor de um reposit\u00f3rio robusto para treino e valida\u00e7\u00e3o de modelos de intelig\u00eancia artificial, assegurando a capacidade de generaliza\u00e7\u00e3o das solu\u00e7\u00f5es desenvolvidas.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Metodologias avan\u00e7adas de processamento<\/strong><br \/>\nO projeto estabeleceu um pipeline reprodut\u00edvel de processamento e normaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de dados, incluindo a homogeneiza\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas de refer\u00eancia espacial (CRS) e a corre\u00e7\u00e3o de artefatos comuns em dados magn\u00e9ticos. Essas metodologias reduziram substancialmente os tempos de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de dados, melhorando a qualidade e a rastreabilidade das informa\u00e7\u00f5es utilizadas na modelagem.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Modelos de intelig\u00eancia artificial desenvolvidos<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Corre\u00e7\u00e3o de artefatos magn\u00e9ticos (Levelling):<\/strong> Implementou-se uma abordagem baseada em modelos bayesianos e em interpola\u00e7\u00e3o espacial, resultando num algoritmo capaz de reduzir de forma significativa a necessidade de ajustes manuais. Esta ferramenta, tamb\u00e9m disponibilizada como plugin, demonstrou sua utilidade para homogeneizar levantamentos aerogeof\u00edsicos de maneira mais r\u00e1pida e consistente.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Segmenta\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica de lineamentos:<\/strong> Treinaram-se redes neurais convolucionais (CNN, arquitetura U-Net) para a dete\u00e7\u00e3o e o tra\u00e7ado de estruturas geol\u00f3gicas em mapas magn\u00e9ticos. Os resultados alcan\u00e7aram valores de precis\u00e3o elevados (com coeficiente Dice pr\u00f3ximo de 0,8 nos conjuntos de treino), demonstrando a capacidade dessas t\u00e9cnicas para automatizar tarefas que tradicionalmente exigiam meses de interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o manual.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Previs\u00e3o geomagn\u00e9tica para perfura\u00e7\u00e3o direcional (IFR2):<\/strong> Foi desenvolvido um modelo espa\u00e7o-temporal (INLA-SPDE) capaz de prever, com alta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, as varia\u00e7\u00f5es do campo magn\u00e9tico em zonas de perfura\u00e7\u00e3o. Isso permitiu otimizar a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de po\u00e7os e reduzir erros de trajet\u00f3ria, sendo validado inclusive frente a eventos geomagn\u00e9ticos espec\u00edficos registados durante a campanha de valida\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Valida\u00e7\u00e3o e resultados quantitativos<\/strong><br \/>\nOs avan\u00e7os foram confirmados por meio de processos de valida\u00e7\u00e3o rigorosos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Os algoritmos de <em>levelling<\/em> foram comparados com dados de voos corrigidos manualmente, mostrando alta consist\u00eancia espacial e melhoria nos coeficientes de correla\u00e7\u00e3o (R\u00b2).<\/li>\n<li>Os modelos de lineamentos foram avaliados com m\u00e9tricas padr\u00e3o (precis\u00e3o, recall, F1 e Dice), confirmando sua capacidade de generaliza\u00e7\u00e3o em regi\u00f5es n\u00e3o inclu\u00eddas no treino.<\/li>\n<li>O modelo de previs\u00e3o geomagn\u00e9tica foi validado atrav\u00e9s da compara\u00e7\u00e3o minuto a minuto dos componentes Fx, Fy e Fz em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a esta\u00e7\u00f5es independentes, alcan\u00e7ando baixos erros m\u00e9dios absolutos (MAE) e antecipando com sucesso epis\u00f3dios de variabilidade magn\u00e9tica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00c2mbito geogr\u00e1fico de valida\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><br \/>\nAs metodologias foram testadas em diversos cen\u00e1rios geol\u00f3gicos internacionais, refor\u00e7ando a sua versatilidade. Entre as zonas piloto destacam-se:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00c1frica:<\/strong> Uganda, Rep\u00fablica Democr\u00e1tica do Congo (Katanga), Nig\u00e9ria.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Europa:<\/strong> Fran\u00e7a, Finl\u00e2ndia e R\u00fassia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c1sia:<\/strong> Cazaquist\u00e3o, Mong\u00f3lia e Turquia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Am\u00e9rica do Norte:<\/strong> Canad\u00e1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esse alcance geogr\u00e1fico evidencia a ambi\u00e7\u00e3o global do projeto e garante que as ferramentas desenvolvidas sejam aplic\u00e1veis em diferentes contextos geol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Financiamento<\/strong><br \/>\nO <strong>projeto GEMA<\/strong> conta com um or\u00e7amento total de <strong>\u20ac1.418.908<\/strong>, dos quais <strong>\u20ac1.206.071,80<\/strong> Cofinanciado pelo Fundo Europeu de Desenvolvimento Regional (FEDER) 2021-2027. Esse apoio foi fundamental para o desenvolvimento de solu\u00e7\u00f5es inovadoras em intelig\u00eancia artificial e sua aplica\u00e7\u00e3o na explora\u00e7\u00e3o geof\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n
