En zonas geol\u00f3gicas complejas, la interpretaci\u00f3n integrada de los datos de yacimientos potenciales con otra informaci\u00f3n geof\u00edsica y geol\u00f3gica puede determinar el espesor de la secci\u00f3n sedimentaria, la configuraci\u00f3n del basamento, la geometr\u00eda y la distribuci\u00f3n de volcanes intrusivos intrasedimentarios, plataformas de carbonatos\/arrecifes de pin\u00e1culos, estructuras salinas y diapiros de lodo.<\/p>\n<p>Los avances en instrumentaci\u00f3n, software y t\u00e9cnicas de procesamiento, incluido el despliegue de la Gradiometr\u00eda de Gravedad Aerotransportada (AGG), han proporcionado mejoras significativas en la resoluci\u00f3n espacial y la sensibilidad que permiten mapear paleocanales y otras caracter\u00edsticas estratigr\u00e1ficas, litolog\u00edas y estructuras en cinturones de pliegues y cabalgamientos, donde la obtenci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes s\u00edsmicas es extremadamente dif\u00edcil, e identificar objetivos poco profundos y peque\u00f1os en las zonas de transici\u00f3n terrestres y costeras.<\/p>\n<p>El uso de la Gradiometr\u00eda de Gravedad Aerotransportada (AGG) para la prospecci\u00f3n de petr\u00f3leo y gas se ha extendido considerablemente en las dos \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas, sobre todo en zonas fronterizas. En algunos entornos geol\u00f3gicos, el uso de esta tecnolog\u00eda se ha convertido en una herramienta esencial y se le ha atribuido el m\u00e9rito de algunos de los descubrimientos m\u00e1s importantes de la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada. La capacidad de la tecnolog\u00eda AGG para cubrir \u00e1reas muy extensas en poco tiempo ha permitido a los exploradores optimizar la cantidad de adquisici\u00f3n s\u00edsmica previa a la perforaci\u00f3n, acortando al mismo tiempo de forma significativa el ciclo de exploraci\u00f3n. El reprocesamiento de la s\u00edsmica heredada y el uso de t\u00e9cnicas geof\u00edsicas no s\u00edsmicas rentables se consideran un buen escenario base para mitigar el riesgo geol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p>Los datos de Gradiometr\u00eda de Gravedad Aerotransportada (AGG) pueden cubrir las lagunas de datos s\u00edsmicos 2D, reduciendo la ambig\u00fcedad de la interpretaci\u00f3n del subsuelo.
